Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales or busy periods, processing may take a little longer; we'll let you know if your order is delayed.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or remote locations.

All orders are sent in discreet packaging.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at info@luviacycle.com as soon as possible; we can only change the address before your order is dispatched.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected, we can resend it once you've paid the new shipping cost.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to Australia or New Zealand may be subject to import duties, GST or other charges set by local authorities. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
